Glam Studio by Malerie is by appointment however, we do accept same day appointments if available. Due to our pre-scheduled appointments we may or may not be able to accommodate walk-ins. Please call ahead to determine availability.

The posted hours of operation are for booking purposes only. We close when scheduled appointments are done for the day, which may mean earlier or later than our posted times.

If this is your first time at the studio you must book through our online booking site or by phone with a valid debit or credit card for deposit purposes.

All new clients are required to pay a deposit for any service $50 or more in order to hold the appointment. The deposit will go towards the appointment the day of service. All deposits are non-refundable, however if an appointment needs to be rescheduled before the 24-48 hour window the deposit can be carried over for up to a month depending on your tech.

If you are 10 minutes late to an appointment a late fee may be added to your total. 15 minutes late to your appointment results in a automatic cancellation.

No extra guest during your scheduled appointment unless they are being serviced as well.
Cancellation Policy

Appointments without a deposit may be cancelled before the 48 hr window without being charged. All appointments with deposits are non-refundable and can be rescheduled for up to a month depending on your tech.

Appointments cancelled within 48 hrs or less will be charged 50% of the appointment scheduled.

If a cancellation fee is not paid you will not be able to schedule any future appointments.

Reduce service changes must take place 48hrs before your appointment.

Any reduce service changes after 48 hrs will be charged the full appointment booked. Ex. you book a volume lash set then reduce to a classic set you will be charged the volume set.

Two or more cancellations may result in not being able to book any future appointments.

No shows without communication will be charged 100% of the appointment.

All appointments must be cancelled through our online booking site or by phone. Please do not try to cancel via social media or by email as we might not see them in time and you run the risk of being charged.
